All disputes which may arise between player and Casino including their successors in title under general or special title as a result of our Terms and Conditions or as a resultof further agreements and other acts in connection with our Terms and Conditions shall be settled exclusively by arbitration in Curaçao and in accordance with CuraçaoCivil Procedure Rules.
